Roadmap

The HYPERMAX roadmap reflects our progression towards becoming the fundamental asset management layer of Hyperliquid. Our focus is to compound the HYPE/HMX ratio while introducing a scalable suite of onchain investment products.

Phase 1: Foundation

  • Launch HYPE Treasury strategy

  • Introduce HMX token and seed the treasury

Phase 2: Product Launch

  • List first SmartETFs and Funding Rate ETFs on Hyperliquid spot market

  • Launch CDT (Convertible Debt Tokens) to expand treasury financing

Phase 3: Scale

  • Expand SmartETF product lineup

  • Grow distribution through builder-code frontends and ecosystem integrations

  • Broaden treasury capacity with larger CDT issuance

Phase 4: Permissionless Capital Markets

  • Open SmartETF creation to asset managers globally

  • Position HYPERMAX as the default platform for onchain asset management
