HYPERMAX is a complete DeFi suite built on HyperEVM to revolutionize onchain asset management. Leveraging Hyperliquid’s deep liquidity and orderbook infrastructure, we are creating the first Onchain Asset Management Protocol (OAMP)—integrating asset management with permissionless DeFi primitives.

Core Components

The Onchain Asset Management Protocol (OAMP) comprises the following key components:

  • SmartFund – Non-custodial, autonomous, tokenized investment Vaults.

  • Concentrated Liquidity AMM (CLMM) – Provides Efficient secondary market for SmartFund and HyperBond tokens.

  • Lending Market & xUSD – Borrowing facility against SmartFund & HyperBond tokens and major crypto assets.

HYPERMAX vertically integrates these components to provide a simple user experience while avoiding reliance on external integrations.

SmartFund

SmartFund is an advanced smart contract Vault built with HyperEVM's precompile to interact directly with HyperCore.

Key Features:

  • ERC-4626 compliant for interoperability.

  • Automated compliance and risk management enforced at the smart contract level.

  • Modular fee structure enabling creator to choose management and performance fees.

  • Real-time NAV (Net Asset Value) tracking for transparency.

  • Customizable redemption periods (instant, periodic, or gated).

  • Onchain back-office reporting.

  • Fully trustless, autonomous, non-custodial.

SmartFunds that will be built by team:

  • xHLP: Strategy providing tokenized access to HyperLiquidity Provider profits.

  • BTC Dominance Hedge: Monthly rebalancing strategy that dynamically allocates between BTC long positions and altcoin shorts.

  • BTC Dynamic Hedge: Monthly rebalancing strategy that dynamically allocates between BTC long positions and altcoin shorts, with a greater weight on BTC long.

  • xHYPE: Liquid staking strategy for HYPE tokens, offering staking rewards while maintaining liquidity and collateral utility.

Initially permissioned, SmartFunds will evolve to permissionless creation, expanding investment possibilities and democratizing access to superior asset management.

HyperBonds

HyperBonds are a specialized subset of SmartFund—designed to offer sustainable yield with near-zero risk. While all SmartFunds tokenize investment strategies, HyperBonds focus specifically on stable, delta-neutral returns by leveraging opportunities between Hyperliquid’s spot and perpetual markets.

HyperBonds:

  • Capture funding rate returns.

  • Deploy delta-neutral strategies to eliminate directional exposure.

  • Serve as a foundational layer for yield within the Hyperliquid ecosystem.

We envision this marketplace evolving similarly to traditional ETF markets—where the variety and scale of SmartFunds expand over time, allowing users to seamlessly invest in diversified, risk-adjusted strategies rather than speculating on single assets. Products like the HyperLiquidity Vault exemplify this shift, offering institutional-grade performance metrics—superior returns, controlled volatility, and minimized drawdowns—accessible to all market participants. Add-Ons: Enhancing Capital Efficiency

HYPERMAX integrates Add-Ons that function as the market infrastructure for HyperBonds and SmartFunds, enabling liquidity, leverage, and enhanced capital efficiency across the ecosystem.

Swap & Pool (CLMM)

The Concentrated Liquidity AMM (CLMM) provides enables a secondary market for SmartFund and HyperBond tokens. Users can trade without waiting for redemptions while LPs can provide liquidity for less volatile asset that can be easily priced compared to highly volatile tokens.

Lending & xUSD

The Lending Market and xUSD unlock leverage and liquidity for users holding HyperBonds and SmartFunds. Users can borrow against yield-bearing assets to participate in additional DeFi opportunities.
